I think Rivian is the one marketing and pushing the truck more. I agree that, it’s just as cool, and great looking.

I think it looks awesome. If they can actually get it to production, I could see some ritzy Range Rover drivers switching over to it.

To be fair, if you want a factory-built BEV pickup that you can actually buy, your option is basically finding one of the few Ranger or S-10 EVs from the 90s that didn’t get crushed. If you want something with more than 115 hp, and/or with more than 72 miles range... you’re out of luck until Bollinger, Rivian, or T esla comes out with something.

If you want a factory-built three-row BEV SUV, you can buy one of those today, with considerable power and range.

The best plot twist they could ever do is offer a service where you can drive into the dealership and have the body switched out. Need a 8 seater for a trip? Just stop by the dealership and swap out your pickup boy for one.

With the electric skateboard platform it could be possible

It’s highly unlikely, but really as long as the electrical is all run through one canbus connection it could be done.

Yeah, that would be neat if they pulled that off.

I’d also like to see how they execute it......I really hope its a giant cartoon sized plug lol
